Simon Hayes

Simon studied audio engineering and music production at the Harris Institute for the Arts in Toronto and started his career at recording
studio Cherry Beach Sound. In 2002 he relocated to London to work at Mayfair Studios in Primrose Hill, where he spent six years working
with all sorts of amazing and inspiring producers, musicians and bands: including Nigel Godrich (with Air and Radiohead), Yusuf Islam                 and Adele.
Simon and his colleague Rob spent many nights and weekends in the studio, where they developed their own sound and skills as writers and
producers. Mayfair Studios closed in 2008 (to become the amazing Museum of Everything) and Simon moved to Unit Post Production
in Soho to refine his sound design and dubbing mixing skills. Projects outside his day job steadily flowed in and in 2010 Simon took the plunge
and started to focus on Music Maze.

Rob Ramon

Rob studied audio engineering at SAE Sydney and in 2002 began working for Studios 301, Sydney. At Studios 301, he was able to build his
skills under the watchful eye of Richard Lush and learnt a great deal about orchestral recordings. Rob also had the opportunity to work
alongside some great Australian bands, including Powder Finger, Daniel Johns and Midnight Oil.
In 2004 Rob moved to London to start working at Mayfair Studios. Here he gained a phenomenal amount of experience working with names
such as Travis, Amy Winehouse and Charlotte Gainsbourg. Engineering credits include Coldplay and Sugababes. Rob decided to go freelance
when the demand for his skills in the studio grew. At Mayfair Studios and whilst juggling a freelance career, he continued to write, produce
and generally make weird noise with Simon. Rob is the co-founder of Music Maze.
